The entrance gate of our completely fenced in facility is always closed - you gain entry into the facility by entering your personal security code (your choice of code) into a keypad which opens the entry gate and disarms the door alarm on your individual unit.

The computer maintains an activity log with the time and date each person enters the facility, when they unlock the door to their unit, when they lock the door to their unit and finally the time they leave the facility by entering their access code in to the keypad - which sets the alarm on their unit and opens the gate to exit the facility.
